Players will be notified via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method used, the player's account verification status, and the player's current VIP tier. Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits for each payment method and VIP tier are displayed in the account cashier section.
Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are processed within an average of five minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours, Monday to Saturday. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
For the purpose of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, tk3339 requires that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically and operationally possible. All transactions on the tk3339 platform are denominated in BDT from end to end. tk3339 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees or international transfer surcharges. Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer are separate from tk3339 and are outside our control.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback awards issued by tk3339 are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited.
tk3339 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse in any form. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk3339 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes; technical failures, server downtime, or data loss; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own security failures.
tk3339's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You may close your tk3339 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

Upon account closure for any reason, your licence to access the tk3339 platform is immediately revoked. Pending withdrawal requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where termination results from a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, tk3339 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to apply any outstanding debt owed to tk3339 against the account balance before any refund is issued.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of the tk3339 platform is governed by the tk3339 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.
tk3339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
